This adapter creates a rock-solid base on which to mount the Kuat Piston SR 2" roof rack for easy-peasy e-bike transport. Never worry about exceeding weight ratings or removing batteries on even the heaviest of e-bikes. Simply load up, head out and hit the trails with any just about any bike!

IMPORTANT NOTE
This 2" hitch adapter is already included with our hitch-mounted Kuat Piston SR Heavy-Duty E-Bike Rack.
If you already have the Piston SR roof rack, adding the hitch adapter effectively turns it into the hitch version of this same rack. It adds versatility by allowing your Piston SR to be mounted on the roof, or on the hitch, depending on your needs.
OPTIONAL ACCESS RAMP
Add the Kuat Piston access ramp to make loading and unloading easier than you can imagine. You simply roll the bike onto the rack for transport, then unload it using the same ramp. Short of someone else doing it for you, this is as easy as it gets!
RV COMPATIBILITY
Compatible; weight rating is reduced to 67 lbs.
