Warranty Policy

All warranties for the products we sell are provided directly by the manufacturer.  As an authorized dealer, House of Bikes will administer the warranty process exclusively for our customers.

Customers experiencing a problem with their product should contact us directly so we can address the issue at hand.  In most cases, we will require the submission of evidence, generally including:

·         Proof of purchase

·         Thorough description of the problem(s)

·         Supporting evidence with photo(s) and/or video(s)

As a first course of remedial action, House of Bikes will provide support for issues that can be resolved by the customer with reasonable ease, through adjustments, settings and/or walk-throughs.  This provides a more immediate response that can help address warranty matters with minimal delay.

Generally, electric products’ warranties may cover the affected parts, but do not cover the respective labor involved in the repairs.  Warranty claims that require parts will be submitted to the manufacturer for approval, at their discretion.  Once approved, we will supply the replacement parts free of charge, subject to availability from the manufacturer.  Parts that are out-of-stock or on backorder from the manufacturer will be supplied as soon as they become available.

Customers are advised to contact us for any warranty questions for their specific product prior to its purchase, and to consult the manufacturer’s official website regarding further information on the warranty program related to their product.  Manufacturers reserve the right to modify their warranty policies without prior notice.  House of Bikes cannot interfere or make exceptions to a manufacturer’s warranty policy, and we do not extend any additional coverage beyond the manufacturer’s provisions.

Customers are welcome to make the necessary repairs on their own, or choose to have them done professionally.  Labor costs, if any, are to be paid directly by the customer and will not be reimbursed.  Nor House of Bikes, nor the manufacturer, is liable for any damage caused by the customer or another party during the repair process.

Unfortunately, we do not administer warranty claims for products purchased from another merchant, vendor or private party.
