PROCESSING TIMES

Online orders are processed within 2-3 business days, after which products are shipped, and a tracking number will be provided.

SHIPPING METHOD

All electric products contain lithium batteries, and must be shipped via ground carriers.

All other products are also shipped via standard ground in Canada and the USA.

Customers wishing for expedited shipping are welcome to contact us to determine feasibility and costs of such options.

SHIPPING TIMES

We strive to ship your products as soon as possible.  Once the order is processed, it typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location, to receive an electric bike, trike or scooter.

SHIPPING COSTS

Generally, shipping fees in Canada are as follows:

·         Electric products: FREE

·         Non-electric product orders => $250 CAD: FREE

·         All orders < $250 CAD: flat fee $25 CAD

Generally, shipping fees in the USA are as follows:

·         Electric products: FREE

·         Non-electric product orders => $100 USD: FREE

·         All orders < $100 USD: flat fee $15 USD

EXCEPTIONS

Some products may have additional shipping costs, visible during the checkout process.

We will contact you if any items from your order cannot be shipped.

We will also contact you regarding additional shipping costs to remote areas (Canadian territories, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii).  We will try to accommodate shipping to these locations, however we cannot guarantee the feasibility.
